Big Tech assume la responsabilità di svolgere un ruolo di coordinamento dei servizi offerti ai pazienti sia per quanto di sua competenza (produzione biologica), sia quale interfaccia tra i pazienti e la Clinica per la definizione delle esigenze dei pazienti e dei servizi terapeutici di cui è responsabile la Clinica stessa.
La Clinica fornirà i propri servizi compatibilmente con il personale ed i mezzi a disposizione, con la finalità comunque di organizzarsi e strutturarsi per ottimizzare prestazioni e tempi
