Articolo 6: Utilizzazione dei Risultati
6.1 I risultati dei servizi svolti nell’esecuzione del presente Contratto sia in caso di successo, sia in caso di insuccesso, non potranno per nessun motivo essere diffusi o divulgati a terzi estranei.
I risultati delle terapie potranno, però, essere oggetto di pubblicazioni scientifiche e di presentazioni convegnistiche, purché concordati per iscritto e congiuntamente tra la Clinica e la Big. Tech a partire dal secondo anno contrattuale. Qualora vengano pubblicati o forniti dati prima di tale scadenza e senza l'accordo congiunto delle Parti è prevista una penale da valutare secondo le norme legislative Georgiane.

6.3 GTS declina qualsiasi responsabilità in relazione alle terapie effettuate ai pazienti, che dovessero eventualmente provocare danni derivanti dalle terapie, in forma di effetti collaterali, decessi o danni non attribuibili al personale medico e paramedico, sia riconducibili alle attività di Big Tech che a quelle della Clinica.
Big Tech e Clinica si impegnano a non pretendere da GTS risarcimenti a nessun titolo e di alcun tipo in caso di perdite, danni, o obblighi che derivino o siano collegati alle due medesime società
