Articolo 2: Esecuzione del Servizio
BIG TECH è licenziataria di un know-how esclusivo per la preparazione di preparati cellulari per uso terapeutico in diverse patologie.
La BIG TECH opererà all’interno della Clinica con regolari autorizzazioni nell’esecuzione di quanto previsto all’oggetto e più dettagliatamente descritto nel presente Contratto. Per queste sue attività BIG TECH avrà facoltà di avvalersi della collaborazione e delle prestazioni di propri professionisti esterni, a proprie spese.
BIG TECH condurrà attività standard relative alla produzione dei preparati terapeutici per i pazienti che hanno stipulato contratti di servizi terapeutici, e sarà libera di condurre attività di ricerca e sviluppo biologico e cellulare i cui risultati rimarranno di sua esclusiva proprietà.

For these BIG TECH activity shall have the right to avail themselves of the collaboration of external professionals, at his own expense. BIG TECH will conduct activities relating to the production standard of therapeutic preparations for patients who have concluded contracts of therapeutic services, and will be free to conduct research and development activities and biological cell whose results will remain its sole property.

Article 2: Implementation of Service
BIG TECH is a licensee of an exclusive know-how for the preparation of cell preparations for therapeutic use in several diseases.
The BIG TECH will operate within the clinic with regular permits the execution of the provisions of the object and more particularly described herein. Because of these activities BIG TECH has the right to secure the cooperation and the performance of its external professionals at their own expense.
BIG TECH conduct standard activities related to the production of therapeutic preparations for patients who have contracts of therapeutic services, and will be free to conduct research and development and cell biology and the results will remain its exclusive property.
