Articolo 8: Rescissione anticipata
Ognuna delle Parti può terminare prematuramente il presente contratto, dandone preavviso di giorni 30 attraverso posta elettronica certificata o lettera Raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, senza nulla dovere all’altra Parte, in caso di grave inadempienza dell’altra Parte che provochi inefficienza o difficoltà a realizzare l’oggetto del presente contratto.
Anche la violazione della riservatezza sul Know-How della BIG TECH, costituirà grave inadempienza.

Articolo 9: Rispetto delle funzioni di GTS
Il contenuto del presente contratto dovrà essere attuato, concretizzato e portato a buon fine solo in forma esclusiva sottoscritta e accettata attraverso la mediazione, il consenso e il benestare della GTS. Le Parti accettano, concordano e rispettano quanto previsto dal presente articolo. In caso di violazione saranno valutate le condizioni per la richiesta di risarcimento danni secondo le norme vigenti del foro legale competente di Tbilisi.

Articolo 10: Lingua prevalente

Il presente Contratto è redatto in italiano ed in lingua georgiana.
In caso di discrepanza nel testo tra le due versioni le Parti tutte convengono che la lingua italiana sarà quella prevalente

each of the Parties may terminate prematurely the present contract, provided notice of days 30 through certified mail or registered letter with return receipt, without owing anything to the other Party, in the case of a serious infringement of the other Party that causes inefficiency or difficulty in achieving the object of the present contract.
Also the breach of confidentiality on the know-how of the BIG TECH, will constitute serious misconduct.

The content of this agreement will be implemented, fleshed out, and brought to a successful end only in exclusive form signed and accepted through the mediation, the consent and approval of the GTS.
