I risultati dei servizi svolti nell’esecuzione del presente contratto sia in caso di successo, sia in caso di insuccesso, non potranno per nessun motivo essere diffusi o divulgati a terzi estranei.
I risultati delle terapie potranno, però, essere oggetto di pubblicazioni scientifiche e di presentazioni convegnistiche, purché concordati per iscritto e congiuntamente tra la Clinica e la Big. Tech. a par-tire dal secondo anno contrattuale. Qualora vengano pubblicati o forniti dati prima di tale scadenza e senza l'accordo congiunto delle Parti è prevista una penale da valutare secondo le norme legislative Georgiane.
