3.10 - Penalità
Non viene prevista alcuna penalità in relazione al numero di pazienti/mese. Il primo anno di attività servirà a testare l’intero sistema e raggiungere i livelli di flusso di pazienti ottimali. Qualora alla fine del primo anno di attività (agosto 2016) non si sia raggiunto l’obiettivo minimo di 200 pazienti trattati o in trattamento, si potrà decidere, di comune accordo tra le parti, di variare il prezzo sostenuto dai nuovi pazienti al fine di mantenere il livello di guadagno auspicato di tutti i partner coinvolti
In ogni caso, dopo il primo anno, dovrà essere contrattualizzato e garantito che non vi saranno altre richieste di aumento per tutta la durata quinquennale del contratto.
Le Parti si impegnano a fare tutto quanto in loro potere per dare il via alle attività di prelievo e coltura cellulare entro la prima settimana di……………… 2015, compatibilmente con i tempi tecnici necessari e con l'approvvigionamento dei materiali giunti per tempo presso la Clinica
