Articolo 8: Pagamenti
Pur rimanendo separati per tipologie e responsabilità i servizi prestati da ognuna delle Parti, Big Tech avrà la responsabilità di ricevere i pagamenti da parte dei pazienti e di corrispondere a GTS l’importo concordato, come da contratto separato. In particolare, l’importo pagato a GTS comprenderà (i) il costo dei servizi forniti dalla stessa GTS, (ii) tutte le prestazioni e servizi erogati dalla Clinica ai pazienti. Le attività e le prestazioni di ciascuna Parte sono anche e meglio illustrate nel contratto richiamato alla premessa 2 del presente Contratto.
A tal proposito GTS emetterà regolare fattura mensile relativa a tutti i pazienti che hanno iniziato la terapia nel mese. Sarà pertanto cura di GTS pagare la Clinica

Article 8: Payments
While remaining separate by type and responsibility services provided by each of the Parties, Big Tech will be responsible for receiving payments from patients and to pay the agreed amount in GTS, as per separate agreement. In particular, the amount paid to GTS will include (i) the cost of the services provided by the same GTS, (ii) all benefits and services provided by the Clinic patients. Activities and performance of each Party and are also described in greater agreement called the premise 2 of this Agreement.
In this regard, GTS will issue regular monthly bill covering all patients who began therapy during the month. It will therefore be of GTS pay the Clinic

Article 8: Payments
while remaining separated for types and responsibility, the services provided by each of the Parties, Big Tech will have the responsibility of receiving payments from patients, and correspond to GTS the amount agreed upon, as by separate contract. In particular, the paid amount GTS will comprise (i) the cost of the services provided by the same GTS,(II) all the performance and services provided by the clinic to patients. The activities and performance of each part are even and better described in the contract drawn to premise 2 of the present Contract.
In this regard GTS will adjust monthly invoice for all patients who have therapy is started in the month. It will therefore be the responsibility of GTS pay the Clinic
