Articolo 9: Esclusività
Il contenuto del presente Contratto dovrà essere attuato, concretizzato e portato a buon fine, solo in forma esclusiva sottoscritta e accettata, attraverso la mediazione il consenso e il benestare della GTS. Le Parti accettano, concordano e rispettano quanto previsto dal presente articolo. In caso di violazione saranno valutate le condizioni per la richiesta di risarcimento danni secondo le norme vigenti del foro legale competente di Tbilisi.

Articolo 10: Lingua prevalente

Il presente Contratto è redatto in italiano ed in lingua georgiana.
In caso di discrepanza nel testo tra le due versioni le Parti tutte convengono che la lingua italiana sarà quella prevalente
