Articolo 5: Durata del Contratto
5.1 La durata del presente Contratto sarà di anni 5 (cinque) e avrà decorrenza dal 31/07/2015 con validità fino al 31/07/2020. Le Parti avranno facoltà di rinnovare per iscritto il presente Contratto alla scadenza, revisionando eventualmente l’oggetto ed il corrispettivo per sopravvenute esigenze e necessità.
5.2 Durante la durata del Contratto è obbligo per la Big Tech mantenere i rapporti in esclusiva con la Clinica in relazione al territorio della Georgia e con la GTS per i paesi della ex Unione Sovietica per tutto il periodo della durata del Contratto. Big Tech si impegna, comunque, a fornire priorità, a parità di condizioni, alla GTS per lo sviluppo dell’attività anche al di fuori dei paesi della ex Unione Sovietica.
5.3 E’ altresì obbligo da parte della Clinica mantenere i rapporti di esclusiva con la Big Tech e con la GTS. E’ fatto divieto tra le Parti di instaurare rapporti con altre associazioni o enti ad essi collegati per le forniture dei servizi oggetto del presente Contratto.

The parties will have right to renew this agreement in writing at maturity, possibly revising the object and the consideration for which requirements and needs. 5.2 During the duration of the contract is the obligation for the Big Tech maintain exclusive relationships with the clinic in relation to the territory of Georgia and with the GTS for the countries of the former Soviet Union throughout the duration of the contract. Big Tech is committed, however, to give priority on equal terms to the GTS for the development of activities outside of the countries of the former Soviet Union. 5.3 it is also the obligation to maintain Clinic exclusive relationships with the Big Tech and with the GTS. It is prohibited between the parties to establish relations with other associations or bodies linked to them in respect of supplies of services which are the subject of this agreement.

The Parties will have the right to renew in writing the present contract to the expiration by reviewing, possibly the object and the consideration for supervening needs and requirements.
5.2 During the duration of the contract and obligation for the Big Tech maintain relations in exclusive with the Clinic in relation to the territory of Georgia and with the GTS for the countries of the former Soviet Union for the whole period of the duration of the contract. Big Tech is committed, however, to provide priority, under equal conditions,The GTS for the development of the activities, even outside of the countries of the former Soviet Union.
5.3 IS also requirement on the part of the Clinic maintain the relations of exclusivity with the Big Tech and with the GTS. It is prohibited between the Parties to establish relations with other associations or bodies to which they are connected to the supply of services under this Contract.
