3.9.3 La Struttura si farà carico integralmente, qualora la domanda fosse superiore al nu-mero di posti letto disponibili o alla capacità produttiva del laboratorio, di trovare so-luzioni a pari livello qualitativo di quanto già offerto per sostenere integralmente la domanda e mantenendo il medesimo costo pattuito per paziente
