La Clinica concede, a proprie spese, l’uso del citofluorimetro a tre laser e la PCR di cui essa è in possesso (ma non dei materiali necessari al loro funzionamento quando utilizzati per la ricerca di base) nonché dei propri biologi addestrati per l’utilizzo di tali strumenti solo in relazione alle analisi di sicurezza e di qualità a garanzia dei pa-zienti, dei donatori e per garantire il materiale biologico prodotto per scopi terapeuti-ci. La lista delle analisi riportata in seguito nel presente contratto.
L’acquisto di nuovi strumenti finalizzati alla ricerca di base (citofluorimetro con più laser o PCR real time) ed i materiali necessari al loro funzionamento sono a carico della BIG TECH. di cui saranno di piena proprietà anche tutti i risultati sperimentali ottenuti e la concernente facoltà di brevetto e pubblicazione.

Results (English) 1:

The clinic gives, at its own expense, the use of the three laser flow cytometer and PCR it is holding (but not of the materials needed for their operation when used for basic research) and their biologists trained to use these tools only in relation to security analysis and quality assurance of pa-patients, donors and to ensure the biological material produced for therapists-purposes there. The analysis list later in this agreement. The purchase of new tools aimed at basic research (with multiple laser flow cytometer or real time PCR) and the materials needed for their operation are borne by the BIG TECH. of which will be fully owned all experimental results and on Faculty of patent and publication.

The Clinic gives, at its own expense, the use of flow cytometry to three lasers and PCR of which it is in possession (but not of the materials required for their operation when used for basic research) and its biologists trained for ' Use of these instruments only in relation to the safety analysis and quality assurance of the pa-tients, donors and to ensure the biological material produced for purposes therapists-us. The list of the analysis reported later in this contract.
The purchase of new tools for basic research (flow cytometry with more lasers or real-time PCR) and materials necessary for their operation is borne by BIG TECH. of which will be of full property also all the experimental results obtained and on the faculty of the patent and publication.
