1. Introduzione.L’articolo analizza il tema dello sfruttamento lavorativo in cui si ritrovano coinvolti i Minori Stranieri Non accompagnati (MSNA) arrivati in Italia negli ultimi anni. Presento nelle pagine seguenti alcune osservazioni nate nel corso di ricerche ed esperienze avute nel corso degli ultimi 10 anni. L’esperienza di ricerca più importante che ho condotto riguarda un periodo di «osservazione partecipante» realizzato in diversi centri di accoglienza di Roma dedicati ai MSNA. Nel mio caso più che di una ‘osservazione partecipante’ si è trattato di una ‘partecipazione osservante’, dato che sono stato dal 2010 al 2015 un operatore del sistema di accoglienza per MSNA, in centri di prima e seconda accoglienza di Roma. Molte delle osservazioni presenti si riferiscono quindi alla mia esperienza sul campo come lavoratore del sistema di accoglienza.

1. Introduction.

The article analyzes the issue of labor exploitation in which they find themselves involved Unaccompanied Foreign Minors (UAMS) arrived in Italy in recent years. I present some observations on these pages born in the course of research and experience had over the last 10 years. The most important experience of research that I conducted relates to a period of "participant observation" made several reception centers in Rome dedicated to UAMS. In my case more than a 'participant observation' it has been a 'observant participation', since I was from 2010 to 2015 an operator of the reception system for unaccompanied minors, in the first and second reception centers in Rome. Many of these observations therefore relate to my field experience as a worker in the host system.

The article analyzes the topic of labour exploitation in which unaccompanied Foreign Minors (MSNA) who have arrived in Italy in recent years find themselves involved.
