3.1.3 La Clinica si fa carico di tutti costi di approvvigionamento della strumentazione, di fornitura di materiali e reagenti per la produzione cellulare e per l’esecuzione delle analisi di sicurezza, come indicato agli articoli successivi. La Clinica, pertanto, si fa carico a proprie spese di fornire materiali, reagenti, strumenti e strutture idonei per qualità e quantità al fine di far fronte alla domanda di terapie e alle indicazioni di qualità (marche di reagenti, materiali e strumenti) indicati dalla BIG TECH e di cui si allega lista al presente contratto. (Allegato I da inserire)
In relazione agli strumenti la BIG TECH è in possesso di due allestimenti completi per camere bianche (incubatori, cappe a flusso laminare, microscopi, contenitore computerizzato per congelamento delle cellule.). La Clinica li potrà acquistare dalla BIG TECH ad un costo più basso di quello praticato dai normali fornitori. Saranno necessari più incubatori (almeno 5 per camera) che la BIG TECH aggiungerà via via che sarà necessario (con l'aumento del numero di pazienti e di richieste) ed in base allo spazio che avremo a disposizione del laboratorio.
