3.12.1 Verrà comunque firmato un contratto di riservatezza, di non concorrenza della durata di 10 anni (5 anni oltre la durata del contratto di collaborazione) tra la BIG TECH e la Clinica in relazione alle parti della metodica di cui verranno a conoscenza i dipen-denti o i consulenti della Clinica . Nel caso in cui contratto di riservatezza venisse violato l'attività potrà essere immediatamente interrotta e si potrà procedere alla ri-chiesta danni.
