Durante la durata del contratto è obbligo per la BIG TECH mantenere i rapporti in esclusiva con la Clinica in relazione al territorio della Georgia e con la GTS per i paesi della ex Unione Sovietica per tutto il periodo della durata del contratto. Ci si impegna, comunque, a fornire priorità, a parità di condizioni, alla GTS per lo sviluppo dell’attività anche al di fuori dei paesi della ex Unione Sovie-tica
