Articolo 7: Riservatezza e non divulgazione
7.1 Le Parti si obbligano a non utilizzare per scopi diversi da quelli previsti dal presente Contratto ogni informazione acquisita nel corso dei servizi e dell’attività prestati ed ef-fettuati presso la Clinica.
7.2 E’ strettamente fatto divieto alle Parti, in mancanza di accordo preventivo congiunto, divulgare o pubblicare dati o servizi eseguiti presso la Clinica sia in ambito nazionale Georgiano sia in ambito internazionale. In caso di infrazione verrà applicata una penale da valutare secondo le norme legislative Georgiane.
