3.8.1 Il servizio che la GTS fornirà consiste soltanto nell'offrire aiuto e garantire supporto al trasporto con pullman dall'aeroporto alla clinica e/o agli alberghi senza costi aggiuntivi per i pazienti e viceversa al momento della partenza, nonché il trasporto dall'albergo all'ospedale e viceversa (solo per i pazienti e al massimo due accompagnatori per paziente) oltre alla presenza di un assistente accompagnatore che conosca l'italiano e l'inglese durante tutti i trasporti.
