La Clinica sarà responsabile degli atti medici svolti presso la propria struttura sui singoli pazienti; i paziente accetterà, invece, sotto la propria responsabilità tutto quanto concerne gli esiti della terapia così come indicati nel consenso informato, che firmerà prima di poter accedere alla stessa.
