La BIG TECH. avrà la responsabilità di far rispettare i tempi di permanenza presso la Clinica concordati con i pazienti. A tal proposito la permanenza media viene stabilita in 6 giorni (notti comprese) per ogni paziente, ripartiti in media in 1 giorno ogni 2 mesi durante un periodo di 12 mesi.
Ogni paziente che non pernotti nel corso del carotaggio o di una o più sessioni terapeutiche, potrà recuperare la notte o le notti non usufruite durante successive sessioni terapeutiche.
Per quei pazienti per i quali non è necessario pernottare in clinica, le Parti si regoleranno come da contratto separato. .
Le varie azioni terapeutiche applicate dalla Clinica nei confronti del paziente, e considerate quali standard, sono così definite :
1) Carotaggio osseo (operazione in day hospital ) con permanenza minima di 12 ore presso la clinica.
2) Infusione spinale con ricovero :una notte di permanenza
3) Infusione intrarticolare ( Day Hosital con osservazione di 8 ore circa )
4) Infusione intraoculare ( Day Hospital con osservazione di 9 ore circa)
5) Infusione con angiografo ( ricovero di due giorni)
Questi tempi di permanenza sono previsti nell'offerta standard. Qualora il medico responsabile della Clinica decida di non dimettere il paziente nei tempi su indicati è prevista una giornata aggiuntiva senza aggravio economico per il paziente, in quanto a carico della Clinica stessa.
Per ulteriori giornate di ricovero a quella aggiuntiva su indicata verrà richiesto al paziente una somma pari a Lari 500,00 per ogni giorno in più.
Qualora il ritardo nella dimissione del paziente sia imputabile ad un errore medico compiuto dai medici della clinica il ricovero aggiuntivo del pazienta è totalmente a carico della clinica stessa.
