Ogni singolo paziente dovrà firmare un dettagliato consenso informato al trattamento ed agli even-tuali rischi assumendosene la responsabilità. A garanzia del buon operato della Clinica e della BIG TECH , sarà predisposta una cartella clinica dettagliata per ogni paziente ed una cartella biologica contenente i dati delle analisi cellulari di sicurezza prima delle infusioni. Tutto questo materiale sarà disponibile in copia ad entrambe le Parti nonché al paziente e sarà redatto in lingua inglese.
